PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is made by bank transfer. You will receive the IBAN for payment together with your booking confirmation.

After receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20 percent of the tour price is due and payable within 14 days of the invoice date. The deposit is credited towards the total tour price. The remaining balance is due for payment no later than 30 days before the start of the trip (for short-notice bookings within this period: the full tour price).

If payments due towards the tour price are not received despite a reminder and a reasonable grace period, Global Pioneers is entitled to withdraw from the contract and cancel the booking. In this case, Global Pioneers may charge you cancellation costs.

Rebooking fees are due for payment immediately upon invoicing. Withdrawal compensation is governed by clause 6.5 of our AGB.
